Standard Trading Conditions | UNIQ Trading Corp.

1. Application All business undertaken by UNIQ Trading Corp. is subject to these Standard Trading Conditions. We act as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator.

2. Services Provided We arrange the carriage, storage, and customs clearance of goods as an agent on behalf of the Customer. We collaborate with a global network of trusted partners to ensure reliable delivery.

3. Customer Responsibilities The Customer warrants that the description and particulars of any goods are full and accurate. The Customer is responsible for all freight, duties, and taxes related to the shipment.

4. Liability and Insurance

• UNIQ Trading Corp. shall not be liable for losses or damages caused by delays, third-party carriers, or Force Majeure.

• We strongly recommend that Customers maintain their own cargo insurance. Our liability is limited to industry-standard international conventions (e.g., Warsaw, Hague-Visby).

5. Governing Law These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
